As mentioned in the May update the July sequence has been something. It has not disappointed those who have been paying attention with a particular flurry of madness surrounding the Solstice.
Of course the bigger distraction events are easy to see, World Cup and Iraq come to mind but so much in the personal world has gone wonky. Just know you are not alone. Expect much more strangeness in the coming weeks.
I was pondering a way to express why things have bogged down and why it is proving so hard to progress.
This personal story may help you to see why we are stuck. Several years back a friend of a friend called me to see if I could sort out some serious business issues he was having. He had moved from Thailand to start a new business and was having trouble finding good employees and keeping the money flowing.
I went to his place of business and found the energy there a mess. The previous tenant hand gone bust and their energy lingered. So I put up a few devices, made a few adjustments and left. My friend mentioned later that business was booming. I was pleased it had all worked out and he was not going to have to go back to Thailand in shame.
Fast forward a few years. My friend says that the business got to big for the old place and they had to move. My friend ask if the devices I had installed had moved as well. The reply was telling. His wife had determined that the devices were the work of the devil.
Stop for a minute and ponder that. It had never occurred to her that I had been sent by her god to keep the business from imploding. No doubt she had prayed that the family would not have to return to Thailand in financial ruin and her prayers were answered. And, following my visit things took off. All good. But to her the benefits were from the devil? The devil in this case me, and I was sent to deliberately keep her in food and firs and when this happened she knew it was bad?
Ponder that for a moment and I think you will see why we are stuck. The majority of the planet is that narrow minded, that confused, that fearful and that insecure. As a result, progression passed the world of god and the devil is slow.
My next notion is this: The people of the world are hell bent on proving to those who will listen and those who won’t, that they are special. People work day and night, 365 days a year to PROVE to everyone that they are not like everyone else. Instead of working full time to find the commonalities they seek to hate and or kill those who fail to see how different they are. This came to mind when I saw the now ubiquitous GLBT sign. This group is hell bent on punishing those who simply cannot accept that GLBT people are not only special but that so called “normal” people are NOT special and somehow evil because they are not special.
The B in case you did not know is the Bisexual specialness designation. Now what strikes me funny about this horror is that if a person chooses to see 100 percent of the population as a potential sexual partner they are seen as somehow worse off then the normal people who only see 50 percent of the population as a potential sexual partner. Get that?
Reading this information you will understand that is a choice, but assuming for a second it is not a choice, there is still no reason to see having 100 percent of the population as a potential sexual partner as a bad thing - that’s awesome!
In a world where there is no real separation we prefer to make sure there is separation by defining ourselves as special. I await the legislation that demands we all recognize the Unibrow Sufferers as the most put upon people on the planet. Until the, stop seeing everyone as different, or yourself as different by legislative decree, and seek to see us all as the same but different.
